Brian Rindels
Brian has been involved with building grass roots, empowerment based organizations in Haiti for over 10 years. He sits on the board of directors for The Haitian Timoun Foundation, which provides funding and leadership for Haitian led organizations who focus on economic development and empowerment in Haiti. Brian brings tremendous leadership and entrepreneurial skill to DHS based on over 30 years of leadership in banking, finance, and credit.

Frank Ditore
Frank has also been involved in Haitian coffee development for the past five years and is committed to seeing Haiti become a dominant exporter of coffee once again. Frank has professional background in engineering and has been involved in global marketing, branding, and sales development for the past twenty years. Frank is also the founder of Holy Beans Cafe, a non-profit coffee retail enterprise, whose profits are used to fund yearly development trips for budding leaders to Haiti.
Luckner "Maya" Fond-Rose, Fermathe, Haiti
Maya is the Lead Developer for mission advancement for St. Josephs Home in Haiti and The Haitian Timoun Foundation. Maya is the eyes and ears of DHS in Haiti, and directs our operations on the ground, building relationships with growers, processors, and shippers in Haiti. Maya is the backbone of DHS in Haiti.
Casey
Casey is a Former Agriculture Teacher, Community Development Worker, and coffee Entrepreneur in the Philippines, East Asia, and Haiti. He is founder of Cup of Hope Coffee and Burnett Community Development, LLC. Casey served in the Philippines as Country Coordinator of Nehemiah Teams while establishing agribusinesses overseas with a focus on coffee. Currently managing the coffee development project in Haiti for DHS Development, LLC.
